When will Aaron Donald’s holdout end? How will he transition to 3-4 defense?

Aaron Donald is arguably the best interior defensive linemen in the NFL today, (along with JJ Watt, who’s been injured.) Donald is holding out for a new contract after being drafted No. 13 overall by the Rams back in 2014.

Nick from Rams 24/7 joins me on The Sports Brotherhood to give his insight and thoughts on how long the holdout could last between the two sides and if we will see Donald play in a full 16 games this season for the Rams. We also discuss Donald’s role in newly hired defensive coordinator Wade Phillips’ one-gap 3-4 defense and if he could lead the league in sacks, and the impact of Sammy Watkins coming over to Buffalo to give a much needed boost to the Rams offense under new head coach Sean McVay.
